On March 27, Dr. Li Hongwei, CTO of MeetFuture, was invited to attend the "Semiconductor Intelligent Manufacturing - Future Factory Forum" and delivered a speech titled "Semiconductor AMHS Solutions and Key Technologies."
Dr. Li elaborated on the technological advancements and breakthroughs in the domestic production of semiconductor AMHS. He emphasized that AMHS, as the core logistics system for wafer manufacturing, relies on OHT to enhance efficiency, but the current market is dominated by Japanese companies. MeetFuture has broken this monopoly with its full-stack solutions and several key technological highlights. In the future, they will also explore new forms of technology such as magnetic levitation and aerial robotics, driving the semiconductor material handling toward smarter and non-contact upgrades, and establishing new standards for AMHS.
Through this exhibition, MeetFuture comprehensively demonstrated the mature application capabilities of its new-generation products across all scenarios.
